Introduction to the Role of Team Facilitator
Multidisciplinary teams (MDTs) are complex systems that require care and attention. Team facilitators play a critical role in supporting and sustaining effective MDTs. This webinar will introduce the role of team facilitator and explore how it can positively impact collaboration, enhance outcomes for children and families, and improve team functioning. Participants will examine the team facilitator role and learn skills and techniques that can be put into practice with their MDTs.

This training is available free of charge to registered users through the NCAC Virtual Training Center (VTC) at www.ncacvtc.org

It is quick and easy to create an account on the NCAC VTC by following these steps:
- Go to ncacvtc.org/#/login and click the Sign Up button.
- On the next screen, you will be asked for your name, email address, city/state, and job title/discipline/organization. You will also be asked to set up a password. After you enter this information, click Sign Up.
- Once signed in, go to the VTC Dashboard and type “Introduction to the Role of Team Facilitator” in the Search box to access the training.
Access to the VTC will also enable you to view a variety of online NCAC training resources.
