Sample Linkage Agreement: For Victim Advocacy Services
Many communities have multiple agencies that provide services to victims of crime, and many funding sources require victim-serving agencies to demonstrate how they are coordinating their efforts to ensure that clients’ needs are met without duplicating services. This Sample Linkage Agreement: Victim Advocacy Services, created by the Regional CACs, is a resource for CACs establishing a collaborative approach to providing victim advocacy services to children and families impacted by abuse through partnerships with other community organizations.
Please note this is intended as a SAMPLE which should be customized and carefully reviewed by your CAC’s Board of Directors or other governing entity so that it accurately reflects your CAC’s partnership with child-serving organizations in your community.
