Board Bundle for CACs and Chapters
Each tool is designed to provide you with concrete, useful tools to envision, recruit, and evaluate the board of a CAC or Chapter.
A majority of Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) in the nation are 501(c)(3) organizations, which means they have a governing board providing oversight and direction. All CACs and Chapters need boards that reflect the diversity of the communities they serve. In addition, as an organization changes over time, it needs a board that has the skills to grow the mission and priorities of the evolving organization. These board resources are designed for any executive leader or board leader to envision, recruit, and evaluate the board of a CAC or Chapter.
