Chapter Guide: Facilitating Peer Learning Cohorts for CACs
The Chapter Guide: Facilitating Peer Learning for CACs, created by the four Regional CACs, is designed to help Chapters develop and facilitate successful peer learning cohorts for Children’s Advocacy Center (CAC) staff. Peer learning cohorts offer an opportunity for Chapters to connect and support CACs across their states in collaborating, sharing experiences, and learning from one another to enhance their organizations’ effectiveness and impact.
This guide includes:
- An Overview of Peer Learning Cohorts
- Key Features of Peer Learning Cohorts
- Examples of How this Looks for a CAC
- Guidance to Set Up and Run Your Cohort Effectively
Peer learning cohorts contribute to many positive outcomes for participating CAC staff, including increased motivation and engagement, improved understanding of concepts, and enhanced networking opportunities.
