Multidisciplinary Team Enhancement Initiative Readiness Guide for State Chapters
Chapters have been in a period of rapid growth and development. This guide is designed for Chapters interested in enhancing multidisciplinary team (MDT) effectiveness statewide through improved processes and structures; in the development, training, and support of the MDT facilitator role on multidisciplinary teams; and in receiving CPS intake reports to ensure appropriate cases are referred to the MDTs.
This MDT Enhancement Initiative Readiness Guide includes a how-to-use section, project considerations, and readiness focus areas, followed by next steps. The readiness focus areas include:
