Building MDT Connections

Southern Regional CAC is pleased to introduce Building MDT Connections. The Building MDT Connections community of practice will support Chapter staff as they design and deliver programming for multidisciplinary teams and MDT leaders in their states.

Participation Structure

This program runs for six months from March through August 2025. Participants will engage in a monthly 90-minute virtual meeting.

Purpose 

The Building MDT Connections community of practice will showcase Chapters’ MDT-focused initiatives, offer opportunities for peer consultation and connection, and invite the sharing of ideas and resources for innovative MDT programming across the Southern region.

Who Should Participate

Chapter staff who support local MDTs and MDT facilitators/coordinators in their states (within the Southern Region).

Dates: This program runs on Wednesdays for six months from March through August. 

  • March 5, 2025, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. EST | 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. CST
  • April 2, 2025, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. EDT | 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. CDT
  • May 7, 2025, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. EDT | 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. CDT
  • June 4, 2025, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. EDT | 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. CDT
  • July 2, 2025, 1:30 – 3:00 p.m. EDT | 12:30 – 2:00 p.m. CDT

Format: Participants will engage in a monthly 90-minute community of practice call.
